Meet The Team

Jeff’s home buying journey began in 2007 and, since then, has grown to where it is today. A U.S. Army Combat Vet. serving in both Afghanistan and Iraq in the early 2000s. Jeff loves traveling with his wife of 20+ years and his four kids. He also enjoys woodworking in his shop, fishing, and playing sports. He serves on the leadership team at his local church and loves chocolate chip cookies!

With Jeff, Kevin helped found Kendall Partners in 2007. As a Fox Valley native, Kevin studied business at Aurora University, graduating in 2003. Kevin spends his time hunting and fishing and serves Jesus with his wife and four kids. Kevin is very passionate about business!

Glen brings an eclectic set of skills from a 21-year career in K-12 and collegiate level music education, including organizational leadership and educational technology, and brings excitement to his role as General Manager at Kendall Partners. Glen’s other interests include building trades and woodworking, investing, trail running, hunting, and serving on the church worship team at Harvest New Beginnings in Oswego. He lives in Oswego with his wife and five children.

Aaron is a seasoned real estate professional and has years of experience in the industry after graduating from Illinois State University in 2006. Aaron contributes to the magic that is Kendall Partners by managing the relationships between buyers and sellers as well as performing property evaluations. When Aaron is ‘off the clock’, he can be found spending time with his family, playing sports and serving at his church.

Michele can be found managing the behind-the-scenes administration at Kendall Partners. With over ten years of experience in management, Michele is working towards her MBA at Liberty University. Michele loves to spend time with her family.

Toby is our elder statesman (The Old Man) of Kendall Partners, embarking on his second journey with the company’s new brand, having previously worked with KP from 2014-2018. He brings 35 years of residential and commercial construction experience back to Kendall Partners. Toby is a graduate of Wheaton College, and a former Crusader running back, who still loves to watch college & NFL football games whenever possible. He and his wife just celebrated their 35th year of marriage, have 2 beautiful adult daughters, and are empty nesters living in Yorkville. In his spare time, Toby enjoys playing pickleball, golf, and watching almost any sporting event on TV.

Megan previously worked in transportation for five years and is excited for real estate with Kendall Partners. She graduated from Aurora University with a bachelor’s degree in Theatre. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, friends, and family.

Austin comes to Kendall Partners after spending the last 7 years in the recruiting industry, and loves making new connections! He has a passion for helping people, and taking on new challenges. When he is not at work, Austin loves spending time with his girlfriend and their family, golfing, and watching Chicago sports!

Charity’s experience is in real estate and is passionate about helping homeowners through the home selling process with ease, guiding them through every step of the process. As a follower of Jesus, she is committed to serving others with integrity and compassion, both in her professional life and in her church community. Outside of work, you can find Charity spending time with family, her two cats, and teaching Zumba!

Joey has experience creating data solutions and loves data! He graduated from Bradley University studying mechanical engineering and running cross country and track. He is a Christ follower and enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, and dog.

Matthew graduated in 2019 from Trinity International University with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and communication. He has many years of technology and marketing experience in a corporate setting. Matthew enjoys a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and working with a team.  In his free time, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and baby boy, doing yard work, and volunteering at his local church. Matthew and his wife have a son named Valor, whom they love to infinity and beyond. Matthew is a superfan of the Green Bay Packers.

Justin brings over 20 years of sales and customer relationship building to our team! He prides himself on listening to and understanding his customer’s needs! Away from work, Justin enjoys time with his family, including lots of sports events! He also enjoys time in his home gym and time with his church family!

Jordan’s real estate journey began in 2017 when he began purchasing investment properties. He loves buying houses! Passionate about following Jesus and helping people, Jordan spent eight years on the mission field serving those in need with his family. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and four children, reading and playing golf.

Tom graduated from Benedictine University in 2002 with a BA in Psychology. Over the next ten years, he spent time coaching college baseball at three schools. He went on to work in college admissions for the next seven years. In 2016, he started up Diamond Skills Academy. Tom likes to spend time outdoors on a baseball field, fishing, or anything with his family.

Kurt brings to Kendall 35+ years of expertise in working with customers all over Chicagoland to create beautiful landscape environments. At Kendall Partners, he is excited to bring his problem solving skills and creativity to homeowners to help them sell their home. When not buying houses he is spending time with his family and new grand baby, and his wife may tell you he has a slight addiction to playing pickle ball.

Andy came back home from serving in the Marine Corps in January of 2024. After his journey in the military, he found a new passion for helping people in a sales setting. He brings a new level of enthusiasm, and has a strong passion for helping people. He is a Christ follower and enjoys serving at his home church. On his off time, Andy enjoys spending his time on the water wake-boarding, playing his guitar, and working out.

Jeff is a graduate of Illinois State University with a degree in biochemistry and business. He has spent the past 30 years in the chemical and steel industries in various capacities, and is very excited to learn all things real estate. He has been married for 20 years and has 3 children living in the Chicago area. He spends his spare time with family, serving Jesus, attending church and getting out to the occasional christian concert. He has a strong and sincere passion for helping others, and it comes out in how he lives his life. Jeff might be getting older, but he’ll never be as old as Toby.

Born and raised in Miami Florida, Ivan brings over a decade of sales experience to Kendall Partners. The journey to Illinois began with college baseball at Waubonsee Community College, where he met his wife, Mackenzie. Ivan contributes to the magic that is Kendall Partners performing property evaluations and managing the relationships between buyers. He began his real estate career in 2021 by getting his Broker License and now handles the sales of all Kendall Partners properties. When he is not working, he enjoys time with family, his son Giovanni, playing baseball, and working out.

Andrew graduated from Judson University with an education in Leadership in Ministry. Previously working at Kendall Partners about 10 years ago, he is excited to return to the team as the Operations Manager, using his gifts and talents to contribute to the success of the company’s mission. In his spare time, Andrew loves spending time with his family and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking and fishing. He also has a love for loose leaf tea, super hero movies, and Jesus (all topics he could easily talk to you about for hours).

Andy spent the last 9 years living with his family in Indonesia working alongside a local church in Bible translation and discipleship. He also has 8 years of experience in housing restoration and remediation as well as new construction framing. He enjoys playing disc golf with his kids and watching them play volleyball.

Niccolo comes to Kendall Partners ready to learn! Being his first full time job, he is learning from the team about real estate, sales, and communication. While new to this field, he likes to talk with people and engage in meaningful conversations. Niccolo loves Jesus and is thrilled to be working with Kendall Partners.

Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has a background in finance and accounting. She loves Jesus and tries to follow His teachings in her daily life. Caroline treasures time with her family and especially enjoys sharing meals together. She also finds joy in a good cup of coffee.

Ashley is a University of Iowa Hawkeye! She graduated in 2022 with a BBA in Marketing and a Minor in Statistics. Ashley recently moved back to her home town in the Chicago Suburbs and is excited to start her real estate journey with Kendall Partners. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys exploring the outdoors and photography.

Sandra’s background is in administration, and she recently began her real estate adventure with KP. Sandra is a follower of Christ and enjoys the vast variety of fellowship opportunities at her home church. When Sandra is not working, she spends her time with her husband and 2 dogs, enjoying the outdoors or cooking at home.

Kate studied at Word of Life Bible Institute where she did intensive Biblical studies and ministry training and had the opportunity to play collegiate volleyball as well. She is excited to learn and grow in this role for the benefit of the company. Kate loves being active and spending time with her family and friends in addition to coffee. Coffee is important.

Dave comes to Kendall Partners with over 15 years in engineering, manufacturing, and project management experience.  Dave brings a strong problem solving mindset to his role as Asset Manager and seeks to create value through strategic real estate investments.  Outside of work, Dave helps to lead a local church, loves to go backpacking, camping, and has a passion for all things guitar.

Amy previously worked as a Transaction Coordinator and is now thrilled to be part of the Kendall Partners team. She lives in Aurora with her husband, Joe; their son, Tobias; Amy’s mother, Sylvia; and their dog, Armani. Joe and Amy are also proud parents of two grown, married children. A devoted follower of Christ, Amy is passionate about serving in her church, where she leads worship and facilitates a small group. Outside of work, she enjoys taking long walks with Armani, savoring a good Americano (no room), or spending time with family and friends playing cards or games.

Todd joins our team (and KP’s elder statesman who happens to be his brother Toby) with nine years of experience in wastewater and water operations, bringing a solid background in the construction trades. His hands-on experience includes home construction, plumbing, electrical work, and project management. Todd enjoys  problem-solving and has a passion for helping others.

Outside of work, Todd devotes much of his time to his 26-year-old daughter, who has cerebral palsy. They enjoy spending time together watching football, cooking, and simply catching up. A recent hobby of Todd’s is making his own bratwurst—a craft he enjoys perfecting and sharing with friends and family around the grill.

Chris Moore is an Army veteran who served in both Korea and Bosnia. He recently completed a long and rewarding law enforcement career, during which he developed a strong passion for serving the community. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, sports and exercise, and fishing.

Gina comes to KP with a strong background in sales and customer success. A former student-athlete at The Ohio State University, she earned her BSBA in Marketing and brings a people-first mindset to her role as Inside Sales Specialist. Her passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships adds value to both customers and colleagues.
Gina has resided in the Chicago suburbs for over 20 years with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys ice hockey games, dance competitions, and staying actively involved with her church family.

Leslie is a BA Economics graduate with years of experience in mortgage banking.  Dedicated to helping people solve challenges and to give them hope during their home-selling decisions.  Outside work, she is a Christ follower and enjoys flying, boating, skiing with her family.

Jenni looks forward to helping clients meet their needs with compassion and understanding. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and attending church. Her hobbies include baking, cooking, and interior design.

Will comes to Jeff Buys Your House with 20 plus years of experience in the mortgage industry. He is a graduate of Trinity International University with a degree in Communications. Will has a heart for guiding people who are facing difficult circumstances through the process of selling their home with compassion and sincerity. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, reading, working out, playing games, and spending time with family.

Cole comes to Kendall Partners after 3 years spent working as a residential climbing arborist and before that he worked as a welder/fabricator. He is a Christian and in his spare time he still enjoys working on personal welding projects as well as dabbling in 3d printing/modeling.

Max graduated from Colorado State University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He has experience in software and building data pipelines, and is excited to continue growing his skillset at Kendall Partners. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dog, friends, and soon-to-be wife; he also serves at his church on the worship team.
